Startups in Hyderabad expect to hire several thousand people over the next twelve months, according to a survey of founders released by an industry association on Monday.
Software services, health technology and electric-vehicle companies account for most of the planned hiring. Founders said finding experienced engineers remained their biggest challenge.
The association said it would work with colleges to run short courses aimed at the skills companies say are hardest to find.
